Our Team
Previously Director of Delivery at LB Haringey, where he led the development of their multi-award-winning housing delivery programme, which has delivered more than 1,000 Council homes with another 2,000 on site. Before that, he was Head of Housing Strategy at TfL where he helped to set up the team that is now Places for London.
He also has knowledge and experience of setting up off-balance sheet structures for investment in affordable housing, having led on the funding approach for Invest in Haringey LLP.

Previously Assistant Director for Placemaking and Head of Housing Development at LB Haringey, where she established and led the council’s multi-award-winning housing delivery programme, which has delivered more than 1,000 council homes with another 2,000 on site. She also led major placemaking and inclusive economy programmes, including Shaping Tottenham and Opportunity Haringey.
She has a particular passion for creating successful places, having worked with housing associations, local authorities and charities to deliver affordable and specialist housing in partnership with communities.
Maria Kay
FounderPreviously former Cabinet Member for Housing at the London Borough of Lambeth, where her passion for service improvement was integral to Lambeth’s services achieving a C2 grade from the Regulator for Social Housing.
Her previous roles also include stints at both Refuge and Hestia, where she led on the delivery of services to both women and children that had experienced domestic violence.
Jack Goulde

Previously joint Head of Housing Development at LB Haringey, Jack has decades of experience in development, with a career that has included a number of years as Managing Director for Charles Church Developments.
He also has a passion for supported housing, having founded and led HSN Care, a specialist supported living service for young adults with profound disabilities. He has led the development of an estimated 24,000 homes over the course of his career.
